After global sea levels began to rise drastically and mass chemical spills threaten most of the remaining sea-life, the Ocean has become an ominous presence on the Earth. Taking up around 90% of Earth's surface and filled with a whole new variety of sea-life never before imaged, this sea of terrors has wiped out almost all traces of civilization. It would truly be a tragic existence for those that remain in these toxic waters , except for the fact that most surviving humans can't remember back to a time before fish were the apex predators, but maybe that's a blessing...
