Neo-Pacifica is a wild place after Ocean levels rose considerably due the Great Manufacturing Boom of 2026. It was officially declared as a disaster zone and mass evacuated by 2030, but many off world tourists still take galactic tour boats down to the flooded Ocean. Illegal guides seek out these tourists to scrounge out as much cash as they can while giving them an experience they won’t soon forget.

The waters of New Pacifica are more dangerous than ever and most excursions over or under the waves need a Tour Guide and Safety Diver to arrive at the expedition site in one piece.
