The Neon Slums are protected from The Wastes with a massive containment wall that rises up into the cloud-line. As majestic as it is, it needs constant maintenance to withstand the elements.. including continuously painting the exterior in a fresh coat of weather resistant paint. The Painting Division operates in squads, to constantly check for abrasions in the paint and quickly replaces shipping channel markers.
